I speak with warmth, truth, and a deep desire to leave hearts lighter and stronger than before.

My Story – From Seeking to Empowering

Hi, I’m Delish Lopes – the heart behind Discover to Empower.

For years, I wore many hats – a teacher, a mother, a speaker, a learner, and most importantly, a woman on a journey of self-discovery. Life was not always a straight road; it came with questions, moments of doubt, hidden strength, and unexpected transformations.

There were days I felt unheard, talents I left unexplored, and dreams I put on hold. But each of those pauses, struggles, and lessons shaped who I am today. I realized that empowerment doesn’t come all at once — it begins the moment you choose to show up for yourself.

That’s why I created this space — not as an expert shouting from a mountaintop, but as a fellow traveler walking with you. Discover to Empower is my soul’s work — built to support children, parents, speakers, and everyday individuals who are quietly fighting battles, chasing meaning, and yearning to grow.
